Local Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders above SGD$60.

You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 – 4 business days from the date of order placed.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.

For orders below SGD$60, shipping via courier service is at a flat rate of $3.50 with tracking number.

International Shipping

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Yes! We ship internationally.

Please Note: Any items mailed outside Singapore are potentially subject to duty and import taxes levied by the destination country. Any payable customs duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Duties on international orders are assessed and paid to your local government and unfortunately are beyond our control.

Flat rate shipping of $15 for orders below SGD$100.

REST OF THE WORLD

Refunds

Available on unworn items within 21 days from date of shipment. Face masks are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

Available on unworn items within 30 days from date of shipment.

To start a Return / Exchange, please email us at care@junesilk.com with the following:

Email address used to place the order, Order Number (if available), details of the items desired for return or exchange and reason for the return/exchange.

*Items to be in original condition, with tags still attached.

Sale/Marked down Items or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Items bought on Pre-order are also not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All returns/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. June the Six will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.

If we have made a mistake with the delivery of your order (wrong address written, wrong item shipped etc.), we will be committed to rectify the problem.

However, if it was a mistake on your end (provided us with the wrong delivery details etc.), a redelivery fee of SGD$6 will be administered if you do not inform us of your incorrect delivery details within 12 hours of your order.
